We are looking for a Design Engineer who sits at the intersection of design and engineering, owning the full arc from visual concept to shipped product.
You'll be a key contributor to Rillet's platform refresh, evolving our design language and building out our design system.

What You'll Do:

Drive the platform refresh across core surfaces like the launchpad, side nav, login, and more.
Turn rough ideas into polished, production-ready UI, and build and evolve the design system.
Raise the bar for product quality across visual design, interaction, accessibility, and performance.

Who You Are:

You have exceptional taste, deep curiosity, and strong product instincts.
You enjoy both design and engineering, and you are comfortable working from ambiguity.
You have frontend fluency with React and a bias toward shipping.
