Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the design system as a product, including component library, design tokens, and accessibility patterns.
- Turn product strategy into end-to-end UX flows, covering edge cases and error states.
- Create mid-fidelity prototypes and provide clear specs to engineering.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of product or UX design experience with shipped consumer or SaaS products.
- Experience building and owning a design system or component library.
- Strong interaction and visual UI design skills with knowledge of accessibility standards.
Nice to Have:
- Experience partnering with engineers on front-end implementation of a design system.
- Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces.
- Comfort in an AI-assisted design-to-code workflow.
