What you’ll do:
- Partner with the Design Systems Lead to evolve and scale the design system across web, desktop, and mobile.
- Create, document, and maintain high-quality reusable UI components, patterns, and interaction guidelines.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation and maintain Figma libraries and design tokens.
What you’ll need:
- 7+ years of UX, UI, or Product Design experience with at least 2 years focused on design systems.
- Expert proficiency in Figma including components, variables, auto layout, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of design tokens, component architecture, and accessibility standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $110,000 – $160,000 USD with annual target bonus of 10%.
