About the Role:
- Own UX/UI across the Ü Snacks brand portfolio, from new product launches to site optimization.
- Report directly to the VP of Ecommerce and operate as a player-coach.
- Design scalable systems and high-quality digital brand experiences.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years in product/UX/UI design, with 3+ in premium DTC ecommerce on Shopify.
- Proven experience building design systems from scratch with real adoption.
- Portfolio demonstrating unmistakably on-brand, premium work with conversion focus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $130,000-$150,000 based on experience.
