Lead the execution, quality, and development of the Creative Strategy team. Ensure creative strategy outputs meet a high bar for clarity, insight, and performance alignment. Manage and coach Creative Strategists, helping them sharpen their thinking.
Own analytics for Grüns’ international business, serving as a trusted partner to international leadership Identify business challenges and growth opportunities and leverage data to make strategic and tactical recommendations Build, navigate, and manipulate large datasets using advanced SQL to answer ad hoc and strategic business questions
Own system administration and configuration across Grüns’ core platforms. Define and own cross-system order flows, ensuring reliability across various platforms. Lead issue triage and incident management, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Design new CRO landing pages for assigned brands, including First Order redesigns. Own all web design for assigned brands, ensuring experiences are fresh and conversion-ready. Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and enables speed across launches.
Own lifecycle design output across email, SMS, direct mail, and emerging lifecycle touchpoints. Manage, prioritize, and project-manage the workload of designer VAs. Partner with Brand to maintain cohesive visual expression and brand integrity.
Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and leverage data to make strategic or tactical recommendations. Build and navigate data comfortably to solve key business problems and report on key metrics for needs across the business to key stakeholders. Assist new product and pricing strategies by performing modeling/analytics and support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts.
Maintain regulatory documentation and lead the regulatory review and approval process for all product labels. Track emerging global regulatory frameworks and develop clear and scalable SOPs and training materials. Bring a collaborative approach to problem solving and work seamlessly across departments.
