People Operations Manager

About the Role:

• Be the first line of support for managers and employees on policy, performance, and growth.
• Run the operational engine for payroll, leaves, benefits, and the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Coach managers on feedback, documentation, and performance situations.
• Administer leaves, accommodations, workers' comp, and benefits end to end.
• Support the Q1 2027 payroll, benefits, and retirement platform transition.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in scaling HR support in fast-growing consumer or DTC companies.
• Detail-obsessed about anything that touches someone's pay.
• Self-motivated with extreme ownership and a customer service mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $100,000 - $130,000 plus bonus.
