What You'll Do:
- Own payroll, benefits, and employee records with accuracy and care.

- Support performance reviews, surveys, and compensation cycles.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years in HR operations or generalist roles, ideally at a SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with PEO/HRIS like JustWorks and ATS like Greenhouse.
- Strong judgment, organization, and a service mindset.
