HR Operations Lead

The Role:

• Lead HR Operations for our global team, owning the operational foundation across multiple countries.
• This is a hands-on role where you will build and improve HR processes and ensure compliance and scalability.

What You'll Do:

• Own HR operations across the global employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Build and improve HR processes, policies, and SOPs that scale across countries.
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employment documentation with local partners and EOR providers.

What You'll Need:

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries and a strong understanding of global HR operations.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on execution with process improvement and working across time zones.
