Director of People Operations

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Director of People Operations to scale our HR operations as we grow and expand internationally.
• You will own the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance training, and lead our expansion into new countries.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the People Operations team and own core processes, making HR more visible and accessible to employees.
• Partner with Finance and Legal to navigate compliance, payroll, and legal constraints in each new country.
• Manage our Employer of Record partnership and build scalable processes as the company grows.
