Core Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the global HRIS (BambooHR) to ensure data integrity and integrate with peripheral tools.
- Design and manage scalable benefits, leave-of-absence programs, and perks across international markets.
- Establish rigorous data entry standards and develop monthly People Dashboards for leadership insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of moving a company from scrappy/manual to automated/scalable.
- Deep experience navigating US and international labor laws (PEOs/EORs a plus).
- Zero-error mentality regarding data integrity and systems that capture it.
