What you’ll do:
- Process a high volume of employee lifecycle work such as onboarding, offboarding, and compensation changes.
- Coordinate cross-functional follow-through to ensure timely, high-quality support for employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready HRIS records and flag data gaps or compliance risks early.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years in People Operations or HR with experience supporting the employee lifecycle globally.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and clear communication across time zones.
- Confidence with HR systems and spreadsheets; a service mindset in fast-paced environments.
