About the role:
- Owns the systems, data, and processes for employee experience, working with Head of HR and managers.
- Automates HR workflows and ensures predictable operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manages HiBob HRIS, data integrity, and integrations.
- Handles employee lifecycle from pre-boarding to performance reviews.
- Guides managers on compensation, talent mapping, and culture.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years HR ops with 100+ headcount and HiBob expertise.
- Strong manager partnership and remote work adaptability, with fluent Ukrainian and English.
