Your Mission:
- Act as connective tissue between people and business, partnering with managers and team members across regions.
- Shape systems, rhythms, and culture for a ~60-person scaling company.
What You'll Do:
- Drive core People Ops: lifecycle events, system integrity, and reporting.
- Run people rhythms: performance cycles, engagement surveys, calibration, feedback.
- Support hiring end-to-end and improve onboarding and employee programs.
What Makes You a Fit:
- 5–8 years in People Partner/HRBP or People Ops, ideally in high-growth startups.
- Strong operational instincts, confidence coaching managers, and hands-on with People systems.
- Global mindset comfortable across US, Israel, and European teams.
