We are looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our team on a part-time contractual basis during EMEA hours.
You will report to the People Operations & Total Rewards Manager and own core people processes while helping scale globally.

What You'll Do:

Manage People Ops processes, HRIS data integrity, and access management across systems.
Support compensation cycles, benefits administration, and international employment setup.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate experience for talent acquisition.

What We're Looking For:

2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Total Rewards in a fast-paced scaling environment.
Strong data management skills, discretion with sensitive information, and curiosity about AI.
Comfort working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and leadership teams.
