  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently meet and exceed pipeline and meeting targets.
  • Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on coaching through call reviews, deal and account strategy sessions, and ongoing skill development.
  • Monitor and manage team performance through clear KPIs, including activity, conversion rates, pipeline creation, and attainment.

  • Fuel revenue growth by scheduling introductory meetings that connect Account Executives with high value influencers and decision makers in targeted accounts.
  • Engage prospects creatively through multiple channels — tailored emails, targeted cold calls, and strategic social selling to maintain active inbound and outbound communications.
  • Collaborate with account executives to develop strategic account plans, persona identification, map territories, and drive successful new business pipeline and revenue.
