This is a high-impact, full-time role focused on helping our customers improve their research practices while adopting Maze. You’ll partner closely with our Customer Success team to drive strategic enablement, build scalable programs, and deliver hands-on support where it matters most. Your first focus will be building and scaling our onboarding experience, making sure new customers don’t just get started with Maze, but see real value early on.

Lead and scale one or more cross-functional product engineering teams at Maze. Drive delivery across complex and evolving product surfaces, ensuring quality, speed, and team health. Create an environment of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous learning. Partner closely with Product and Design to shape our product direction and execute against it.

Architect a new version of Maze’s go-to-market engine. As a member of the executive team, you’ll report to the COO and own marketing end to end, from positioning and brand to demand generation and product marketing. You would be responsible for building a function that can deliver in both the near and long term.
