The HR Experience Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of global APAC benefits programs, ensuring efficient and compliant processes aligned with Deel’s global growth. Managing employee benefits across Deel’s EOR services in 90+ countries, optimizing workflows, enhancing user satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence will be key.

One of the regional leaders in the company’s global compensation and benefits (C&B) team, responsible for the Americas region (USA, Canada, México, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panamá, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay), leads strategy and implementation of C&B initiatives, manages the regional C&B team, and provides support and expertise.

As HR Manager you will stay current on federal employment laws and applicable regulations in each of the operating states, advise leadership on compliance risks, and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate tax withholdings.

The Benefits Specialist will play a key support role in delivering a seamless and high-quality benefits experience for our clients and their employees. You’ll be the main point of contact for ongoing benefit-related inquiries, ensuring accurate administration and timely issue resolution across a wide range of health and welfare plans. The ideal candidate will have a depth of experience and knowledge in building innovative and scalable rewards programs and systems for a late-stage tech company.

This People Operations Generalist role focusing on compensation and benefits, will be the first point of contact for staff questions, compensation analysis, payroll and HR systems maintenance and will also be involved in onboarding, offboarding, and managing leaves of absence. The role involves job description management and participating in the health benefits open enrollment process.

Lead the strategy, operations, and delivery of global benefits and payroll programs across five countries; drive a best-in-class employee experience by designing and administering competitive, compliant benefits offerings and ensuring accurate, timely payroll; partner with Finance, Legal, and People teams.

The People Operations Specialist is a key member of the People Operations team, responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of People Operations services that drive organizational success.
