As a Global Payroll Lead, you will own and execute Vanta’s end-to-end payroll operations across the US and multiple international markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability as the company grows. You will partner closely with People, Finance, Legal, and Accounting teams, and external vendors, to deliver seamless payroll experiences for employees worldwide, driving process improvements and setting the foundation for Vanta’s continued global expansion.
