Conduct detailed job evaluations and analysis to ensure the job architecture is aligned with compensation and benefits programs and internal equity. Design, implement, and manage salary structures and pay ranges based on market data. Design and manage the overall benefits strategy, including vendor management, to support engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.

As an HR Implementation Manager, lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s suite of HR products (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning, and Compensation). Oversee the full implementation process, ensuring clients’ HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training. This role must be based in the APAC region and will support clients across both APAC and EMEA markets.
