Job Description

Assist in organizing kickoff meetings and managing project plans for global payroll rollouts across multiple countries. Coordinate project review calls, manage project streams, and handle scope changes or schedule adjustments. Support client payroll process setup, including data requirements and payroll calendar management. Maintain project documentation, including plans, status updates, and process documentation. Help configure payroll systems, reports, and interfaces for parallel payroll and the first two months of live payroll. Assist with client go-live transitions, ensuring sign-offs and validating project implementation. Generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data, including GL report mapping when necessary. Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, attending weekly calls and reporting on project status, risks, and actions. Support data migration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international tax and labor laws. Assist with testing and change management to ensure a smooth payroll transition for clients.
