People & Process Generalist

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People & Process Generalist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the employee lifecycle by owning the documentation process, managing contingent labor and PEO platforms, and helping us maintain a smooth and efficient operation behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people operations and enjoys finding and testing solutions to improve how things are done, likes managing and organizing data, and is eager to grow their HR skills and knowledge in a collaborative and agile environment. Responsible for employee lifecycle documentation and data management, recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding coordination, contingent labor & PEO administration, vendor & tool administration, and providing general people ops support.
