Plan, coordinate, and implement training and development programs for our most important asset of the business, our employees. Identify training needs, designing curriculum, career paths and ensuring the effective delivery of training sessions. Be responsible for different processes in the organization such as Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Mapping, Successional Planning, Strategic Workforce, and leading the workday implementation on those processes under L&D.
