The Community and Belonging Coordinator supports and enhances global initiatives to support a sense of community and belonging. This role focuses on managing and communicating Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and coordinating belonging-related programs, collaborating with internal leaders and cross-functional teams.

Manage the full cycle recruitment process at a high volume, including sourcing, interview coordination, and delivering offers. Build relationships with hiring managers and interviewers. Partner with the People team on headcount planning and strategic, equitable hiring. Develop efficient recruiting processes and manage recruiting programs for Modern Health.

Support the scaling recruiting team and work closely with our recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to support Mercury’s growth. Manage interview logistics, find ways to make the recruiting team more efficient, and constantly seek out ways to create magic moments for candidates. Actively think of ways to improve and scale recruiting processes.
