The People Relations Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and compliant workplace by supporting managers and employees on HR policies and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This position focuses on supporting early to mid-level managers in performance and exit processes, policies effectively by providing guidance and coaching.
Provide leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to onboarding and offboarding coordinators and support staff, working in collaboration with the On & Offboarding Manager and HR Management. Oversee a team of volunteers, develop new strategies to streamline the onboarding and offboarding process, and ensure all necessary documentation is recorded for new volunteers.
