The Hospital Contract Definition Analyst plays a critical role in the implementation and maintenance of hospital payer contracts within Experian Health's Contract Manager system.
You will ensure accurate modeling of reimbursement methodologies to support valuation of hospital claims and patient estimates and collaborate with senior team members to process new client implementations.
Independently manages routine maintenance cases, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and client expectations.
You will own the technical design for projects of large complexity and must understand and articulate the tradeoffs in creating good software.
You consistently write high-quality code with an awareness of industry best practices and trends.
You must have demonstrated experience building complex systems, debugging them effectively, and maintaining project plans, documentation, and backlogs.
Serve as a negotiator and business partner, creating solutions that meet both Experian's business objectives and client compliance needs.
Ensure all contracts align with Experian policies, business practices, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including information security, compliance (internal and regulatory), sales, product marketing, legal, and finance to move deals to completion within tight timelines.
You will lead a product focused development tribe to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable Health products, accelerating time-to-value through modern engineering, automation, and cloud practices
Own roadmap execution, predictability, and quality for the tribe's products; drive incident reduction and SLOs in partnership with AppOps/SRE
Uplift SDLC, CI/CD, testing strategy, and DevSecOps; measure via agreed engineering metrics
Perform detailed financial and strategic analyses of market opportunities, target companies, and potential deal and pro-forma scenarios.
Develop complex valuation models and prepare valuation analyses of potential acquisition targets, including DCF analysis, trading comparables, transaction comparables, LBO analysis, sum of parts and other valuation methods.
Manage the M&A process with both external and internal teams, with focus on managing due diligence with cross-functional teams.
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle and perform platform, application deployments using cloud and on-prem services.
Collaborate with agile development teams to ensure code quality and reliability.
Implement observability using Dynatrace, AWS cloud watch and related tools and monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.
Perform comprehensive evaluations of data assets across the full credit and fraud lifecycle, ensuring strong regulatory compliance and risk governance.
Conduct rigorous benchmarking and champion/challenger analyses to compare external data assets against internal attributes, scores, and predictive models, ensuring measurable lift, ROI and benefits.
Develop advanced machine learning solutions and algorithms to solve complex analytical challenges.
Be the primary decisioning and software point of contact for assigned strategic clients.
Lead regular (monthly) client technical and decisioning reviews focused on platform performance, Service level agreements, roadmap alignment, and business outcomes.
Oversee decisioning platform implementations and post-production support to ensure delivery of client commitments.
