In this role, you will gain experience with the latest AI technologies, work remotely, and build both prototypes and mature production AI/ML systems. You will develop, maintain, and improve production AI/ML services, using appropriate technologies from the AI landscape. Work closely with other engineers, developers, product managers and UX team to create AI-driven product features.

The Senior Data Analyst will report to the SVP of Strategy & Analytics, and serve as a strategic partner across Kafene, to use data to shape how Kafene grows, invests, and operates. The role involves leading projects end-to-end, from framing ambiguous questions to analyzing large datasets and delivering insights that drive action, informing Kafene’s most critical decisions on growth, profitability, and efficiency.

Shape and optimize pricing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement. Leverage data science, experimentation, and advanced analytics to design pricing models, measure price elasticity, and evaluate the impact of incentives and loyalty mechanisms. Generate insights that inform strategic decisions, enhance customer retention, and maximize profitability.

Drive cross-functional data initiatives at a globally distributed company, focusing on data-informed decision-making for products in publishing, commerce, and messaging collaborating with various teams to uncover insights and shape strategy. Develop advanced data models, design experiments, and translate data into actionable strategies.
