Staff Data Scientist

THE ROLE:

• Matching Optimization: Partner with engineering to ship to production.
• Growth Flywheels: Define what 'success' looks like for new product verticals.
• Marketplace Health: Lead the design of robust event structures with Product Engineers and collaborate with Data Engineering.

YOU WILL:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience influencing strategy at a leadership level.
• Are a Full-Stack Practitioner: Expert in SQL and Python/R, with a proven ability to move a project from a whiteboard concept to a production-grade ML model.
• Think in Systems, not just Features: Understanding the delicate balance between host and guest needs in a high-trust, community-driven environment.
