We are seeking a Director of Data Science to lead the team that builds the intelligence layer underpinning Northbeam's modern marketing measurement and advanced, data-driven products. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on executing the technical roadmap: guiding technical decisions, ensuring project delivery and accountability, and coaching and unblocking the team. You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Product to shape technical design and product requirements and collaborate with R&D leadership to build the team and systems that drive continuous innovation and measurement accuracy.
