- 12+ years in data science or product analytics, including 6+ years leading teams and 3+ years managing managers.
- Strong business acumen across product and go-to-market, with executive presence to communicate complex findings.
- Deep expertise in statistics, experimentation, causal inference, and technical depth in SQL, Python, and ML.
