The Role:
- Lead and develop a team of decision scientists supporting Enterprise at ZipRecruiter.
- Own the decision science agenda for the full Enterprise customer lifecycle, from performance marketing to ATS integrations and candidate signals.
What You'll Do:
- Manage performance, career development, and project prioritization while reviewing and coaching on team work.
- Personally lead strategic analyses and set methodological standards, including quasi-experimental designs in low-data situations.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver clear recommendations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $177,500-$235,000 USD plus equity, bonuses, or commission.
