Lead Data Scientist

Role:

• You'll lead hands-on data science to turn revenue opportunities into production ML systems.
• You'll work across personalization, experimentation, subscriptions, and advertising.

Work:

• You'll design, build, and operate production ML systems, including batch and online inference.
• You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and MLOps teams to integrate models into user-facing features.
• You'll mentor data scientists and set best practices for analytics, experimentation, and production ML.

Requirements:

• 6+ years building and deploying ML systems to production.
• Strong Python, scikit-learn, PySpark, and causal inference experience.
• Consumer technology B2C experience, ideally with subscriptions or advertising.
