About the Role:
- Join a new Applied Measurement team to scale Northbeam's incrementality and measurement products.
- Work at the intersection of data science, causal inference, and customer problems.
- Collaborate with experienced Data Scientists and cross-functional partners.
Your Impact:
- Translate customer marketing questions into data science problems.
- Analyze models, investigate anomalies, and create reusable diagnostics.
- Communicate findings to drive actionable recommendations.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, MS preferred.
- 2+ years building ML/AI systems in production with customer-facing work.
- Strong statistics, experimentation, and causal inference foundations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $130,000 - $160,000 USD plus equity.
