Staff Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Boulevard’s product data foundation, partnering across Product Development to define data capture, design models, and create scalable analysis-ready assets.
• Develop data-driven recommendations through engaging narratives, data storytelling, and visualizations adapted to audiences from ICs to executives.
• Build scalable, self-serve dashboards empowering teams to explore data and make informed strategic decisions.
• Operationalize product analytics by linking to OKRs and business outcomes, and own deep-dive analyses like funnel analysis, retention curves, and cohort behavior.

What You’ll Need to Thrive:

• 8+ years in data science or product analytics in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment, with experience building foundations from scratch.
• Fluency with SQL, Python, Snowflake, DBT, Sigma, and AWS; deep hands-on statistical and ML expertise applied to customer behavior.
• Proven experience owning experimentation end-to-end, including causal inference when clean A/B tests aren’t possible.
• Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at any level; high ownership and ability to manage projects end-to-end in ambiguous environments.
