As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager focused on adoption and expansion, you’ll help our customers go beyond onboarding to unlock the full value of Boulevard. This role is all about deepening engagement with our platform, increasing feature usage, and collaborating with Product Marketing and Customer Success to surface high-intent signals, identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, and highlight enhancements that make the product experience even better.
Looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join a thriving Revenue Operations team in scaling sales operations to achieve department goals. The ideal candidate is analytical with a strong attention to detail and passionate about continuously optimizing processes. In this role, you will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and partner closely with Sales and SDR Leadership, Revenue Enablement, Salesforce Admins, and other GTM stakeholders.
As a Staff Product Designer for the Onboarding quad, you’ll own the end-to-end experience for bringing customers live on Boulevard: from early discovery and data mapping to fully self-service flows. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Migration Specialists to turn a complex, multi-step process into an intuitive, delightful experience—laying the foundation for onboarding automation.
Lead and evolve our dynamic customer service teams in this leadership role. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer support function, spanning from our frontline Tier 1 support specialists to our growing technical support team, developing and executing customer service strategies, and scaling processes and workflows to ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences.
