As Boulevard’s Social Media Content Creator, you’ll design and execute social media posts across Boulevard’s social media channels, particularly focused on short-form video. You’re an experienced social media marketer who crafts creative, high‑impact social media posts and leverages insights to continually increase followers and improve engagement.

Lead a team of engineers building the core platform that enables businesses to engage with their clients in meaningful, timely ways. You’ll be responsible for fostering a high-performing team culture, making strong technical decisions, and collaborating closely with your Product Manager, Designer, and Product Marketing Manager to deliver impactful customer outcomes. You care deeply about quality, reliability, and building delightful communication experiences at scale.

We're looking for a thoughtful, strategic, and people-centric Head of People Business Partnerships (PBP) to join our People & Culture team. In this newly elevated role, you’ll lead our PBP function and a growing team of three People Business Partners, driving forward critical initiatives that support our business strategy, elevate our talent, and build a high-performing and inclusive culture. You’ll serve as a key thought partner to leaders across the organization and own strategic workforce planning efforts.

This role is critical to scaling our hiring capabilities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. You will partner with the recruiting team to identify operational pain points and implement solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and experience.

As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee the company's daily accounting and regulatory compliance processes, as well as manage the month-end close, working closely with the finance team and key stakeholders to drive growth and financial success. You will lead the month-end close process, revamp key processes, develop accounting policies, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate tax filings, improve internal controls, and perform technical accounting analyses.
