Impact and Responsibilities:
- Lead the analytical strategy for the Care pod, applying AI and advanced modeling to improve member and provider workflows, directly influencing product strategy.
- Design and execute a rapid experimentation roadmap, including quasi-experimental approaches, to test and scale improvements.
Qualifications and Success:
- 5+ years of data science experience with expertise in SQL, Python, and experimentation methods.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, incorporate AI tools, and manage cross-functional priorities.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Target base salary range of $159,100–$179,000, plus equity and competitive benefits starting day one.
