Senior Analyst

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support the analytics roadmap for our Customer Care team.
• Leverage advanced data analysis, modeling, and visualization to generate strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand analytical needs and align on project scope.
• Analyze network trends to identify growth opportunities and apply predictive modeling.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and enable agile responses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, or related field with 5+ years of analytical experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range $100,000 - $150,000 with performance bonus and equity package.
