Assistant Director, Advanced Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute analyses that evaluate business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to scope complex business questions and translate needs into analytical approaches.
• Lead large, cross-functional projects from problem definition through execution, including stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred with 5+ years of applied business analytics experience.
• Expertise in data querying, analysis, and visualization tools, including SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Snowflake.
• Strong ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
