Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will support the administration and analysis of Spring Health's global revenue compensation programs. You'll partner closely with Sales, Finance, and People teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant compensation plan execution. You will help maintain fair, transparent, and effective compensation programs as Spring Health continues to grow.
The People Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a positive employee experience by supporting important People team processes including onboarding and offboarding. You’ll collaborate across teams to maintain high standards of data integrity in our systems and to provide timely support to employees. This is a temporary, part-time, and fully remote position. This role will require working hours M-F.
