Serve as the primary Project Manager for Global (Non US) Clinical Training and Programming
Develop and implement a Global Clinical Training and Programming strategy that is sustainable for continued growth
Work closely with large Jumbo customers to consult on Training and Programming planning, including partnering with internal stakeholders to consult, manage and advise customers.
Serve as the primary admin for Iterable, ensuring rock-solid configuration, data integrity, and system health.
Establish global standards for naming conventions, folder taxonomy, and user permissions to keep the ecosystem scalable and organized.
Lead advanced builds involving APIs, webhooks, and catalogs, partnering with Engineering and Data teams to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
Supervise and lead clinical team members delivering services to a portfolio of customers
Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of clinical services, including assessment, ongoing care management, crisis intervention and safety planning, and care coordination
Lead your team through rapid change and evolution as we evolve our approach to care to maximize impact for our customers and members
Perform objective mental health evaluations to assess symptomatology and functional impairment and determine the appropriateness of leave and workplace accommodations.
Develop and document concise, professional evaluation summaries that clearly articulate clinical rationale, functional findings, and recommendations.
Coordinate with employer representatives and third-party disability administrators to support accurate, timely, and well-informed determinations.
