This is a 100% remote contract opportunity (EST hours) where you will join the HR Shared Services team, serving as a primary resource for U.S. and Puerto Rico Associates. This role requires handling inquiries related to benefits, paid time off, leaves of absence, HR system navigation, and employment verifications. You will provide accurate information regarding company HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance.

As a People & Talent Partner, you will help with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and helping to grow the talent pool while nurturing an inclusive, productive work environment. You will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, act as a key point of contact for employees, and support employee development programs.
