As Head of People Ops and Total Rewards, you will lead core People Operations and Total Rewards functions and help the company scale from several hundred to several thousand Vanta’ns. You will partner with senior leadership to build efficient, scalable, best-in-class systems and processes to support Vanta’s people growth. You will also drive upward and outward reporting and visibility for all People Team functions.

As a key member of the Global Learning & Development Program Success Team, this role is responsible for aligning our learning and enablement organization through strategic portfolio prioritization and operational excellence. You will serve as a central connector across Program Success and the GLD learning supply chain, ensuring initiatives are well-scoped, resourced, and executed with clarity and consistency.
