Kaseya is seeking an experienced HRIS, HR tools and technology leader with Oracle expertise to join Kaseya’s HR Team to provide leadership in the design, implementation, administration and support of Oracle HCM, lead Oracle Transformational Project for HCM and deliver insights and reporting.

The Talent Coordinator collaborates with recruiters, hiring managers and Human Resources (HR) team members to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency in the hiring process while delivering a positive and seamless experience for candidates and new hires. This position manages pre-hire and onboarding tasks.

In this role you will drive digital transformation and enhance the employee experience through data-driven insights, automation, and AI capabilities. You will shape our HR technology strategy, partnering closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to streamline processes, add self-serve functionality, and support our growing global operations with advanced analytics and automation.

Design impactful performance and talent planning programs aligned with Coinbase's culture and business rhythms. Deliver end-to-end execution of the programs with People teams, creating project plans and toolkits. Drive program awareness and adoption through clear communication. Dig into analytics to identify program impact and trends. Evolve processes and tools to measure talent programs.
