Senior Manager, Global Equity Administration

About the Role:

• Run and scale global equity operations with a focus on high-quality execution.
• Be deeply involved in day-to-day equity administration while also owning more complex workstreams.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen how equity operations run end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver audit-ready equity reporting and data to support accounting, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain automated equity reporting to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy, reliability, and speed.
• Partner with Internal Controls to keep process documentation current.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive equity administration experience in a high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in equity systems.
• Strong process and controls mindset with a demonstrated ability to build audit-ready operations.
