This role is responsible for the overall ownership, growth, and success of 2Uβs partnerships, requiring exceptional relationship-building skills, deep business acumen, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and business results across multiple dimensions. Key accountability areas include managing partner contracts, driving strong partner sentiment, and ensuring the retention, growth, and health of a degree portfolio.
The Finance team at 2U provides strategic financial leadership and analytical support to cross-functional partners across our organization, driving change and delivering value through special projects that cut across the business. Youβll act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership and a people leader to a team of financial analysts, owning complex financial modeling, business case development, and decision-support for new and ongoing initiatives across the company.
This role will be responsible for utilizing marketing insights to help drive degree pipeline research, strategy, and progress. This individual will serve as a lead and key collaborator with the Partnership and Sales teams, creating target lists of goal programs and analyzing inbound degree leads. This individual will also work closely with Finance to iterate on program rubrics and models.
This role is critical in driving student engagement and retention, owning a caseload of students for a graduate program or bootcamp. Student Success owns the outcomes of our students through a combination of high touch, consultative coaching and data-driven decision making. This role will be accountable for student retention, satisfaction, and outcomes for their students.
