Kaseya is seeking an experienced HRIS, HR tools and technology leader with Oracle expertise to join Kaseya’s HR Team to provide leadership in the design, implementation, administration and support of Oracle HCM, lead Oracle Transformational Project for HCM and deliver insights and reporting.

Lead the strategic design and optimization of talent development solutions, including engagement, learning, performance, skills, and career growth, shaping how Deel implements and scales its talent management and experience strategy through the platform. Collaborate with the People Experience Team and Product team to influence the roadmap and evolution of engagement and talent development tools.

As the Director of Global HCM Onboarding at Deel, you will oversee and manage HCM implementations for customers globally, leading a team of Implementation Managers. You will ensure the successful configuration of HCM solutions, and that client solutions function accurately, timely, and in compliance, requiring deep knowledge of global HCM processes and client service.

As a key member of the People Technology & Operations team, lead the continued development of People Operations processes and partner with stakeholders to implement streamlined scalability for People Team programs. Act as an internal consultant to global HR and business stakeholders to develop lasting solutions. Succeed in high growth, fast-paced organizations.
