The Talent & Community Specialist role is part of the Global Talent Community team and is responsible for executing programs, procedures, initiatives, and special projects.

Assist and prepare ~200,000 service members separating annually from the United States Military to begin a new life chapter as a civilian, teaching and/or instructing military personnel transitioning to civilian professional and vocational occupations, guiding in identifying goals, and providing a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment.

The Workforce Analyst specializes in the support and analysis of all areas of HR programs including compensation, benefits, workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management, serving as liaison between the functional area and the specialized Human Resource area.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions and will recruit for individual contributor and management level positions across all departments. They will source, pre-qualify and select candidates, engage talent through various methods, and partner with business leaders and the HR team.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the administration of operational processes that deliver HR programs and projects across all divisions of Renuity. Serving as a key point of contact for employees, providing assistance with a variety of HR-related inquiries and ensuring requests are handled efficiently and effectively. The HR Coordinator works closely with other HR functions.

Serve as trusted HR business partner to Therapy leadership by providing strategic HR guidance aligned with business goals. Collaborate with management to address HR-related needs and proactively support initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. This role manages clinical compensation adjustments, employee relations, and new hire experiences.
