Job Description

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, for assigned markets. This role involves collecting and verifying timesheet data, calculating and processing payments, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities include carrying out full-scale payroll tasks for assigned markets, partnering with the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll data, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves preparing reports, handling employment administration, and being the first point of contact for payroll matters. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in HR, excellent knowledge of MS Office/Excel, strong analytical thinking, and a reliable working attitude. Experience with payroll transition or implementation projects is a plus.
