Conducts in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues related to Epic software, performing design, build, testing, and maintenance.
Provides tier-2 support for application incidents, including 24/7 on-call coverage, and develops requirements and test cases for new or enhanced functionality.
Acts as a role model in projects, works independently 100% of the time, and promotes teamwork within and across teams.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional programs supporting Presbyterian’s growth strategy, including technical implementations and ambulatory clinic development.
Drive alignment across IT, business operations, finance, HR, and other stakeholders, and translate strategic business needs into actionable plans.
Develop program roadmaps, KPIs, risk mitigation strategies, and executive-level reporting to ensure delivery against scope, timeline, and budget.
