Develop, review, interpret, and analyze financial data for administration, management and external agencies. Assists with control and regulatory compliance functions; leads projects and operational improvement teams; responsible for annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation; and serves as a resource and educator for the Fluent Health Finance Department.
This role supports the Transformation Office (TO) team of Initiative Owners and Workstreams, Initiative delivery, and reporting. The analyst identifies initiative roadblocks, ensures adherence to TO guidelines, and partners with organizational leaders to provide leadership to initiative resources. Responsibilities include data analysis, KPI tracking, project coordination, and preparing presentations and reports.
The Care Coordinator facilitates a team approach, including the Interdisciplinary Care Plan team, to ensure appropriate interventions and cost effective delivery of quality care and services across the continuum. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team to address care issues and specific member needs, whether medical, behavioral, social, community based or long term care services. This role coordinates the care of individual clients with identified populations.
Serve as a key individual contributor in the Finance organization, acting on behalf of the Manager of Cost Accounting. Manage a variety of long and short-term projects and lead planning sessions for strategic and operational cost planning. Interface with internal business units and external entities to manage requirements gathering and develop labor standards.
This Director of HR Partnership (HR Business Partner) opportunity will be based at Rust Medical Center (RMC) in Rio Rancho, NM, supporting RMC, cancer care and behavioral health. The Director HRBP will provide strategic human resource consulting and ensures effective delivery of services to division executive partners. Acts as primary point of contact for corporate and/ or division level partners and works directly with division partner(s) and consults on strategic business/divisional issues and their human resource implications.
