ThreatConnect is seeking a Talent Sourcer to support their Talent Acquisition team by identifying and engaging top talent across various channels. In this role, you will focus on the early stages of the recruitment process, helping to build strong candidate pipelines and contributing to an exceptional candidate experience from the first point of contact. Your work will be instrumental in creating a smooth and engaging journey for every candidate. You will publish job openings, proactively identify candidates, maintain the candidate database, and communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders. You'll stay informed about sourcing tools and industry best practices, contributing to process improvements. You will also take ownership of initial recruitment stages, including screening and outreach. The team is small and growing, offering opportunities to learn and develop.
