Recruiter (Internal Mobility / Transfers)

We're seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to support internal talent movement and employee transfers across the organization. This role is pivotal in supporting our internal mobility strategy, ensuring a seamless experience for employees exploring new opportunities within Presbyterian. Coordinates the process for hiring people, develops recruitment plans, screens applicants, assists with advertisements, evaluates candidates, and represents PHS at recruitment events. Provides training, develops strategies, advises leadership, and monitors key statistics.
