Group Facilitator

Equip ⚕️🧑‍⚕️🍎

The Group Facilitator will run evening virtual group sessions for Equip’s patients and families, facilitating support, skills, and treatment groups. The ideal candidate has experience leading therapeutic groups, a passion for evidence-based care, is reliable, and is a strong communicator.

Provide excellent care, including mental health assessments and skills-based teletherapy, to elementary, middle and high school students in partner school districts. Collaborate closely with referring school counselors and other relevant providers at start of treatment and over the course of a student’s care journey. Build trusted relationships with school staff and families to support a student’s mental health needs, school engagement and engagement with school-based services, as applicable.

As a Lyra DBT Therapist, you’ll provide individual DBT and DBT skills groups via live video to adult clients. You’ll also assign DBT-relevant digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients to enhance learnings and monitor outcomes between sessions.
