We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMHC) to provide counseling and therapy treatment to our patients. Clinician must be active or willing to obtain an Oregon License. Services will be provided remotely, through telemedicine, to patients throughout Oregon. We are a "say yes" first clinical provider and look to treat patients where they are and guide them along their journey to recovery and stabilization.

Looking for a Licensed Independent Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients via telemedicine. This role involves providing patient care modalities of evidence-based practices in both individual and group therapy settings. You will review and sign patient clinical assessments, ensure documentation complies with best clinical practices, and participate in multidisciplinary case planning.

The Behavioral Health Medical Assistant provides administrative and clinical support to Behavioral Health Medical Provider staff and patients and works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of our Community Health Center patients. They assist in coordinating patient care, ensure patient-specific needs are met, and prepare patients for virtual appointments. They also verify and update patient information in the EHR and provide support to BHMP staff.
