As a Behavioral Health Care Manager with Imagine Pediatrics, work with the families of medically complex children providing case management services. Monitor high-risk pediatric patients, ensuring appropriate follow-up and clinical management. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to address behavioral, social, emotional, and systemic needs of the patient and family. Provide intervention that is consistent with the social/emotional/physical needs of patients and caregivers.

Provides Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT regulated clients, with substance abuse case-management services including supportive consultation, guidance and referral assistance to individuals testing positive during routine or random drug and alcohol screenings. Oversees employees’ compliance with all requirements resulting from a positive drug test. Provides crisis intervention services and linkage to resources for the appropriate level of care, including community resources.
